What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. All items are hand made upon ordering and shipped within 1-2 days we have a strict no return/exchange policy due to this and hygiene concerns, as these products come into direct contact with skin and cannot be resold. All sales are final to ensure customer safety and product integrity. Thank you!
What ingredients do you use to make your soaps?
Only all 100% organic, all natural ingredients. Handmade in small batches. With your health in mind we create our products free of any toxins and use only from the Earth ingredients to maximize health benefits. You are sure to find something you love, get a thoughtful gift for loved ones and embrace the nontoxic journey. Made without Parabens/Phthalates, No PFAs or PEGs Persistent Bioaccumulative and Toxic Substances (PBTs) Free, Carcinogen, Mutagen, Reproductive Toxin (CMR) Free, GMO Free. We avoid harsh chemicals these can potentially irritate skin, disrupt hormones, or be harmful to the environment. We focus on pure ingredients that cleanse and nourish without compromise.
How long does shipping take?

Though our responsibility for the physical handling of your package concludes once it is with USPS, our commitment to you does not: Personal Assistance: If you encounter an issue where tracking has not updated or any other shipping issues please contact us directly. Here is what you can expect from us: investigation (looking into tracking on your behalf), communication: keep you informed, offer advice or next steps, resolution: if your package appears lost or significantly delayed we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution (this could involve: refunds (in cases w here the package is confirmed lost by USPS we will process a refund after discussing it with you) or replacement (if possible depending on case and agreed on)
How do you ship your items?
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is place in our shop, I meticulously prepare your item. I pride myself on the care taken during packaging, ensuring your product is not only lovingly handcrafted but also securely packaged on its journey to you. After your item is packaged I promptly hand it over to USPS. This moment marks the transition where our direct control over the package ends, but our care for your purchase does not. We appreciate all orders and support of our small business. If any questions or issues arise please message me directly first. My tracking has not updated
Once your order has been packed and transferred to the United States Postal Service (USPS), my responsibility as the seller concludes at the point of handover. Understanding that tracking updates might sometimes be delayed or not reflective of the packages actual progress. 1. USPS Handling: Once your item is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for its transit. Delays in updating tracking information can occur due to various reasons like holidays, high volume periods, or technical glitches within their system. 2. Personal Commitment: Despite this, I remain committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please message me directly. What do I do if I entered the wrong address?
It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Especially if you are sending these as a gift. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible if you incorrectly enter the wrong shipping address. I have absolutely no way of knowing if a shipping address is correct or incorrect. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If you happen to catch that the shipping address is wrong BEFORE the item ships, please send me a message and I'm more than happy to enter the correct shipping address for you.
