At Happy Soul Organics, we handcraft every product with care using high-quality, natural, and organic ingredients. Because all of our items are cosmetic skincare and bath & body products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once they have been shipped.

Why We Have This Policy

For hygiene, safety, and health protection reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be resold. Our handmade soaps, creams, oils, mists, and other skincare items are prepared fresh in small batches โ€” once they leave our studio, they cannot be returned to inventory.

We strongly encourage you to:

Patch Testing & Skin Sensitivity

We strongly recommend performing a patch test on all products before full use. Everyoneโ€™s skin is different and can react uniquely, even to natural ingredients.

Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area (such as your inner wrist or behind the ear) and wait 24โ€“48 hours to check for any reaction.

While adverse reactions are very unlikely with our gentle, natural formulations, Happy Soul Organics is not liable for any individual skin sensitivities or allergic reactions. For legal reasons, we must clearly state this. If you have sensitive skin, known allergies, or any health concerns, please contact us before ordering or if you have any questions we will don our best to assist you or if needed consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

We are happy to review your situation on a case-by-case basis and will work with you in a fair and friendly way to find the best solution possible โ€” whether thatโ€™s a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion).
