Happy Soul Organics offers handcrafted, all-natural, organic skincare, bath & body, and wellness products (including goat milk soaps, peptide skincare, herbal teas, magnesium mist, soy candles, and similar items).

Our products are made with natural ingredients and are intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Always perform a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional.

Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or error in pricing.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen events. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon shipment.
