HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Most orders go USPS. UPS is used when you choose it at checkout. Once the order is placed, we pack it and hand it to the carrier promptly. Message us anytime with questions — we’re happy to help.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU IN SHIPPING
Please double-check your shipping address before you order, especially for gifts. We can’t be responsible for an address entered incorrectly. If a package comes back because of an address error, reshipping is at your cost. If you catch a mistake before it ships, message us right away and we’ll update it.
If tracking never updates or something looks off in transit, contact us directly. We’ll look it up, keep you posted, and work with you on a resolution.
If your order arrives damaged
Email us right away with your order number and photos of: the outside of the package, the damaged item, and the packing inside and we will review it.
What ingredients do you use to make your soaps?
We use only 100% organic, all-natural ingredients in all our skincare and soaps. Our soaps are handmade in small batches and free from toxins, parabens, phthalates, PFAs, PEGs, PBTs, CMRs, and GMOs. We avoid harsh chemicals that can irritate skin or harm the environment, focusing instead on pure ingredients that cleanse and nourish.
